Our solutions often integrate with thirdparty platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, and GCP. Cognify is not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of these platforms. Clients must comply with the terms of service of each thirdparty provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Cognify will make every effort to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Cognify harmless against claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of services, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

Cognify reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• A client breaches these Terms.
• Payment obligations are not met.
• Services are used unlawfully or in violation of thirdparty agreements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
